About Us

Joseph is our owner and also our senior web developer. He has a bachelor’s degree in multimedia engineering and has been a WordPress developer for nearly a decade. He started his career as a web developer at a small company where he honed his programming skills. He has also worked for a small business as a WordPress developer. In 2016, he began working as a freelance WordPress developer. In 2022, Joseph and his wife, Kristie, founded WP Problem Solvers, LLC. The mission of WP Problem Solvers is to offer high-quality WordPress solutions to businesses of all sizes with a wide variety of WordPress needs.

Joseph is skilled in building and customizing websites, website maintenance and support, building custom plugins, extending the functionality of themes and third-party plugins, website optimization, fixing crashed and broken websites, troubleshooting, debugging, website security, migrating and cloning websites, fixing hacked/infected websites, implementing web application firewalls, updating websites, WordPress consultation and training, amongst other things.
